 What's Next?

What: Packing the vans

Where: HTO Danbury or Fr. David and Pani Andrea's

When: Friday, July 18, 4-6pm

Bring: Big bags and lunch snacks

It’s finally here, the time we have been training and praying for! I just want to go over the pack procedure one more time. All large bags (the ones with things that you won’t need until we get to the center in WV) need to be brought to Holy Trinity Danbury or to Father David and Pani Andrea’s house at  40 Beaver Dam Road, Stratford, CT between 4-6 p.m. this Friday, July 18th. Note the change of address for those planning to bring their bags to the Bridgeport church.

What: Leave for WV

 Where: HTO Danbury

When: Saturday, July 19, 7:15am (depart at 8:00)

Bring: Overnight bag

On Saturday, you may meet at Fr. David’s house (NOT THE CHURCH) to leave by 6:30 a.m. to travel to meet up with the rest of the team in Danbury. Those leaving directly from Danbury need to be at the church by 7:15 a.m. Everyone eat breakfast or bring it with you. Photos, hugs and kisses at 7:45 a.m. and BIS (Butts in Seats) and depart 8:00 a.m. We have a 7+ hour drive the first day so please don’t be “that guy (or gal)” that makes us late!

Our trip this summer will be July 19-27, 2014.
